It's in your order confirmation email, and starts with #. Can't find it? Check your spam or promotions folder, or use the tracking number from your shipping email instead.

That's normal while a package moves between carrier hubs, especially on weekends. If there's no update after 5 business days, write to us and we'll check with the carrier.
