Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship with tracking to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free on orders of $19 or more; orders under $19 have a flat $4.95 shipping fee.

Delivery time. Orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Peak seasons and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. International orders (Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand) may take a few extra days for customs.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow it anytime at tryrevitaroot.com/apps/parcelpanel (Track My Order).

Shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away at support@tryrevitaroot.com; we can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped.

Package marked delivered but not received? Check around your door, mailbox and with neighbors, and allow 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll make it right.

Subscriptions. Subscription orders ship on the schedule you chose and follow the same delivery times.
