When am I charged?

Your subscription renews automatically on the schedule you chose at checkout (for example, every month), at your subscription price. You'll see the next billing date in your account.

I can't sign in. What do I do?

Use the same email you used when you placed your order, and check your spam folder for the code. Still stuck? Email us at support@tryrevitaroot.com and we'll take care of it.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. Update it in your account, or email us before your next order ships and we'll update it for you.
